Our Story

Sky Horizon was founded in 2025 by Edwina Leung and her daughter Georgina Chiu, brought together by a shared belief that overseas investors deserve more than a standard letting agent.

Edwina has been helping Asian families invest in London property for over 30 years. As a financial consultant and founder of Sky Vantage in Hong Kong, she has guided clients through every stage of their property journey, from acquisition and mortgage structuring to tax planning and navigating the ever-changing rules of the UK market. Her clients are not one-off transactions. Many have been with her across generations.

Georgina brings 15 years of institutional asset management experience, including senior roles in ESG and stewardship at one of the UK's largest asset managers. She applies the rigour of institutional finance to residential property, clear reporting, proactive communication, and a long-term view.

Together, they founded Sky Horizon as the London home for clients who want their property managed the way it deserves to be: with expertise, accountability, and genuine care. Sky Horizon aims to be a trusted bridge between Asia and London, serving the same families on both sides of the world.
